Nick has been cooking great food for all of his adult life. He learned from watching his mother, who is a Great cook. Growing up, my Sunday mornings where spent in the kitchen watching her and asking many questions as to what she was doing and why she was doing it that way. Her objective was that she had to make sure that all of her sons knew how to cook, because she was afraid of us growing up and meeting and American lady who didn't know how to cook. Lol, but true story!!!
Even though all of the above is true, Nick is not accepting any orders, because this is just a demonstration site. If you want to taste Nick's delicious cooking, you need to be in that Inner Circle!!!
Can I tell you that this man definitely knows how to cook!!! His Jerk Chicken, Curry Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Shrimp & Scallops Alfredo, are all off the chain!!!

There's no dish too small or complicated. I can make the best Cheesesteak Omelette, Jerk Chicken, Buffalo Wings, Stuff Salmon and Escovitch Snapper. You name it and I can make it. Everything except Lemon Chicken. Lol!!!

I am listing my childhood Jamaican address. I obviously don't live there anymore, but wanted to put in an address to display this feature. And since this is not a real restaurant, I didn't want folks camping outside my door trying to get some of my delicious Jerk Chicken or Escovitch Sanpper!!!
